Reporting a calculation error

If a tool gives a result you believe is wrong, please include: the tool name or URL, the exact values you entered, the result you got, and what you expected instead. With those four things we can reproduce the problem immediately.

• The URL of the tool
• Every value you entered (including units and selected options)
• The result VELNARO showed
• The result you expected, and how you worked it out

Suggesting a new tool

We prioritise tools that solve a repeatable problem with a defined answer. Tell us what you were trying to work out, who else needs it, and what a good answer would look like. If the calculation depends on local rules (tax bands, shipping zones, holiday calendars), say which country or region you need.

Privacy requests

VELNARO does not run user accounts and does not store the values you type into tools. If you have a question about analytics data, see the privacy policy or email us with the subject “Privacy request”.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give personalised financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and we cannot guarantee that a tool’s output suits a specific regulated purpose. The tools are built to be accurate and transparent, but the final decision is yours — check with a qualified professional when it matters.
